How does the IMVISIOS system work?
A dashboard-mounted camera automatically activates when the engine starts, tracking the driver’s condition through over 60 facial points. The AI analyzes a range of behavioral parameters, including blink frequency, head movements, facial expressions, and other physiological indicators.
When signs of fatigue, drowsiness, or distraction are detected, the system immediately alerts the driver via sound and light signals—without the need for human confirmation—helping prevent accidents in real time.
Simultaneously, incident data is transmitted to IMVISIOS’s 24/7 Monitoring Hub, which includes a secure analytics platform and optional operator support. Operators review flagged events and can contact a fleet dispatcher if needed.
Clients access all fleet analytics through a secure online dashboard. The platform aggregates incident reports, routes, geofencing data, video footage, and performance metrics. It’s fully customizable and available 24/7, enabling companies to identify risks, monitor driver behavior, and improve fleet safety. If required, the system can be deployed within the client’s private IT environment.
Is the IMVISIOS system safe for drivers?
Yes — the IMVISIOS system is fully safe for drivers. The in-cabin camera is compact and does not obstruct visibility. All optical and hygiene standards are strictly met.
Independent testings have confirmed that the infrared illumination used by the system is well within internationally accepted safety limits. It poses no risk to vision or overall health, making it completely safe for continuous use in commercial vehicles.
Is IMVISIOS compatible with external systems?
Yes — the IMVISIOS system runs on proprietary software, enabling seamless integration with any in-vehicle or fleet IT infrastructure. It supports connections with tachographs, additional cameras, sensors, and other equipment, including deployment in secure, closed-loop environments.
